Mary Ann Golembiewski age 59 of Woodstock formerly of Prospect Heights. Beloved daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Golembiewski nee Harrison; loving sister of Jeanne Martin, Robert (Karen) Golembiewski, the late Terri Golembiewski and the late Barry (Dawn) Golembiewski; dear aunt of Margaret (Jason) Mielcarek, Kate Golembiewski and Bridget Golembiewski.
Mary Ann was an avid Cub Fan, loved movies and socializing with friends.
Memorial Visitation Friday April 21, 9:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Liguori Church, 411 N. Wheeling Rd., Prospect Heights, IL 60070.
Interment private.
